When Isla joined us as Managing Director in early 2023, she brought fifteen years of experience from both boutique firms and large institutions. What struck her most? How often clients told her they'd never felt truly heard before. That became our measuring stick.

The Team Behind giralethos
We're a group of twelve people with backgrounds ranging from corporate banking to small business ownership. That mix matters because it means someone on our team has probably dealt with whatever challenge you're facing.

Our office at 2 Outrigger Way serves clients across Western Australia and beyond. We meet in person when it makes sense and work remotely when it's more practical. The location gives us proximity to both Perth's business community and regional clients along the coast.
